Wed dinner, homemade tom kha gai soup. Lunch was a picnic lunch with egg salad and fruit.

Thursday bfast was scrambled eggs before a day at the river. Lunch was another egg salad picnic with fruit and nuts and dinner was leftover spaghetti squash with meat sauce.
Friday is a bit blah, but trying to eat leftovers from the fridge so I can shop again. Messed up cycle. Bfast was eggs with leftover sauteed peppers and onions, lunch was leftover meat sauce and a plum. Dinner is FFY and will be leftover coconut soup.
Totally compliant, just a bit busy since this week I have been on vacation and on the go with the family. |
