Day 3.
Forgot all the pics.
Meal 1 - 5 egg quiches. Ate them around 11:30
Meal 2 skipped - I did put some chunked mango in unsweetened tea and enjoyed that.
Meal 3 - burger patty, roasted zuchini and squash and a sweet potato with cinnamon and a tiny bit of ghee which was not even necessary. Just did it because I thought I would miss the butter. |
